Problem

Employees at the Panorama building were overwhelmed by the growing number of resident packages. The manual process of logging deliveries, notifying residents, and tracking pickups was slow and error-prone, leading to employee frustration, resident complaints, and wasted time.

Process

I started by researching how buildings manage packages, analyzing competitors, and working with the PM to gather insights from building staff. Based on our findings, we explored different solutions and decided on an iOS app for employees to log, track, and deliver packages efficiently. I designed and tested prototypes to refine key workflows, ensuring a seamless experience. After stakeholder validation, I finalized the high-fidelity designs and collaborated closely with developers.

Impact

The iOS app made package management faster and more efficient, reducing processing time by 58%. It replaced handwritten logs with a digital system, automated resident notifications, and improved tracking.
