Problem
Healthcare clinics struggle with inefficiencies, manual workflows for handling patient inquiries, leading to missed follow-ups, overwhelmed staff, and lost revenue. Existing tools fail to unify communication channels or prioritize urgent tasks, while skepticism around AI makes adoption challenging.
Process
I collaborated with the team to design a centralized AI platform that simplifies workflows. Through user interviews, surveys, and field observations, we identified key pain points and iteratively developed a solution. Guided by user feedback, we refined how follow-ups were prioritized, centralized communication, and humanized AI as a collaborative "team member."
Impact
The final solution reduced manual follow-ups time by 80%, reduced context-switching, cut response times from 8h to 1 min, boosted lead conversion rates by 9x, and improved trust in AI among staff. Practices saw streamlined workflows, better patient satisfaction, and more time for high-value activities.
